Today, Monday. I did a 4.5 kilometer walk this morning from 6:15am to 8am. What includes the 4.5 kilometer between two hours?
I don't mean to have a jogging because I only had slippers not running shoes. Then started walking from our apartment up to the end of the main road, that's about 1 kilometer already. Rest for about 2 minutes. Then goes back from that end of the main road to the nearby restaurant to have my light breakfast, that's about half a kilometer. I stayed there for about 20 minutes. Then from that restaurant to Catholic church, that's about half a kilometer again. Rest again for about 2 minutes. From that church goes back again up to the end of the main road for about 1 kilometer. From that moment, I already got 3 kilometers. Then, I bought some duck eggs and did my haircut for half a kilometer. After haircut time for me to go home, walking another kilometer. So, overall a total of 4.5 kilometer walk in 1.75 hours.
I've reach the apartment at 8am. I've taken a rest for about 45 minutes before taking a bath. I'll take my early lunch first before sleeping. I do have night work shift later as a customer service representative of an online shopping site for fashion dress and shoes.
How's your morning so far?

Yes. As always, when your grandma and your aunt visits us then they left, you're always asleep.

Not necessarily walking daily, it depends upon my mood @sjvg1976. I don't know how I manage that.

@luisga814 but I should know the tricks to manage it because when I have a B shift I teach late at home and could not wake up early and hence not able to go for a walk.
It's not easy to manage when you work in shifts.

@sjvg1976 Ah. Okay. Usually to gain more strength, you need to have a sleep of 6-8 hours a day. So, Our work is 8 hours except lunch. That will be 9 hours. Let say you have 6 hours of sleep. That be equivalent of 15 hours. The remaining 9 hours part of it will be in your walking exercise.

@luisga814 - It is still cool and pleasant, we do not go out when the sun starts to heat.

@LadyDuck Yes. I do understand that. Mostly I don't want to walk when the heat comes. However, with the time until 8am has Vitamin D still.

Waww I absolutely love this discussion feed. Honestly, walking every single day is literally a big non-negotiable for me. Very often, we tend to be so busy with life, work etc that we forget to take some time to take care of ourselves and to take some time to spend some time in nature. Nature has amazing healing properties and it’s so important to take some time to in nature and to walk every single day. It’s so amazing that you were able to do 4.5 km wawww, your body and your mind says thank you :) do you do that every day?

Honestly, I've wanted to do it everyday but the maximum is 4-5 time a week only. @CassieSun

This morning I had a short run due to not having enough time. That was quite good, though.
