I purchased online hearing aid for my sister. It took me 1 week to wait. My sister experience slight hearing loss, but she wants to try a hearing aid. I found a seller online, discreet type. So, i ordered.
Then yesterday afternoon the JT Rider called me he's coming to deliver the parcel. I was so hesitant for there was sudden rain, so strong rain that it flooded our yard. How could I reached the road. We have two gates, therefore I have to walk in flood. Yes, I walked in a dirty flood below the knee just to receive the parcel.
This morning I realized the discreet hearing aid doesn't fit to my sister's ear it's big. Then, it can't be charged. They only sold power bank and charger. I complained right away but they completely blocked me
.

Just like in the US, the Philippines have a consumer fraud department. You can contact them and ask for help.

@DaddyEvil, they were banned by Facebook. And I was told by one victim via messenger that this seller keeps on changing site's name. It's hard to trace them. The best way is never to trust online selling except Shoppe.

@cacay1 Yes the orders were correct since the delay may have been weather related like a natural disaster in the state when I ordered the item like a wildfire or a flood in the area.

Is the white and rectangular box a power bank in your picture?Personally,if i bought a electronical product online,seller will attach a charger to parcel for sure.if you didn't receive a charger,it's seller's fault undoubtedly.Are there sale administration for online seller?There are online administration here,if i met any problem about online buying,I will complain to administration,and it will investigate truth as well as maintain justice.

@jefferson126, I don't know, it seems they're independent and they keep on changing their site name. Yes, the color of the power bank is white and rectangular in shape. Charger is black that requires an adaptor.

I super hate transacting online. I would never buy expensive things online. The only item I purchased online that is more than 2,000 was my airfryer. After that I have not ordered more than that amount.

@kobesbuddy, yes so true. It wasn't on my mind they're scamming for they have good reviews. I can't anymore get my money back. They're invisible. They might have a new name this time. It's so frustrating experience.

That's so sad. Thank you for warning us. I've never tried shopping online but my kids and grandkids order from Shopee and Lazada almost every week and so far there were never been scammed. I hope it goes on like that.
There are people who make a living out of scamming other people These are those who don't believe in karma or the Golden Rule. They will get their comeuppance one day.

@cacay1 They accept payment by debit card and also they have their own amazon pay. They also have the cash on delivery system.

@allknowing yes how I'd like but I surrendered my credit card for it was gotten by fire. Amazon requires customer to pay via credit card. I'm still applying a new credit card in Union Bank.

Sorry about this terrible experience. Hope that it was not too costly else it would pinch even harder. How about any legal action that can be taken? I am not sure about laws there but am sure that it would be another pain to go through..

@arunima25, it's so sad and frustrating. It's costly. I don't like to remember it pains me. The site can't anymore be traced. They're now invisible. My friend said they might have new name this time. They delivered in bulk so it's easy for them to disappear when money is received by the courier. I'm going to report therm to NBI this morning.
