Fish is probably better than meat from a view point of health benefit. I heard older people avoid eating meat that can cause cholesterol. It is said that eating too much meat will cause blood clots in the artery. While fish, especially sea fish, is safe to be consumed.
The better way of cooking fish is to grill it rather than fry it. The worse thing about frying fish is that the oil that is used. However, I sometimes don't heed this warning of using oil when frying. I thought it would be okay to eat fried fish as long as I don't eat it everyday.
What's your take on this?

I prefer steamed and grilled fish. I sometimes have fried fish but I find it too oily.

Yes, fried fish is too oily. It is not good for health, I am afraid.

@sica98 I use ginger and green onions when steaming fish so the fishiness won't be strong.

Sushi is very expensive. Why not grilled fish only?

You can use paper tissue to absorb oil from your fried fish. At least the oil on the fish will lessen.
Regarding grilled fish, of course, it is the most liked.
