Why do we cheat on eachother

I fell in love with the most beautiful girl in the world, and so I taught until I found out she was cheating on, but what did I expect, she was really pretty.
I have been with her for about 3 years, but I still don't know why she cheated. Is cheating a cause or something that is just normal because she didn't even apologize or feel bad about it .
My question is why do we cheat on eachother,
Is there a good feeling about it?
Does it satisfy our soul?
Is it a way of life?

In this modern times , its too common to cheat because she likes another man . I always think that there's a lot of men there willing to mingle with me and i never lose hope in that kind of my thought

I'm sorry to hear that your girl been cheated on you. I remember my ex girlfriend 19 years ago been cheated on me also. Aside from me, she has a boyfriend of triple of her age. Not just double but triple of her age. But anyway, I'm lucky that she cheated on me because if that not happen, I haven't got a chance to meet my wife now and I have a happy family. My wife and I had been together for 18 years already this coming August 12.

I think some cheat because they think the grass is greener on the other side which is not the case.
