How do you feel when you lie? / myLot

Before I lie about anything, I usually shiver, I can't think straight, I get sweaty and you will know I am lying because my voice will be shaking and I will not speak straight ?????? That's me, what about you?

I only lie if the truth will hurt someone's feeling.

Yes this. I also try to shelter people from the truth as much as I can when I know it will hurt them .
