Value added service

What do you understand by value added services?
A lot of service provider usually uses this value added services to deduct some amount from their customers line which sometimes can be mandatory if the customers are not performing revenue generating transactions on their line.
Do every network provide usually have this "value added services" everywhere or is it in my region.

With the little I know about Airtel, they still have a little bit of network issues that goes off for hours and which actually disturb your browsing

@Peterlight yes you are absolutely right
I have also this issue and in my area it is common means 2 days in a week. I don't know what to do. We have no better sim other than this. I am thinking I should born in foreign so that I may get fibre network.

@Ravi6300 mtn actually offers better services or glo, but I don't know if you have any over there. Try roaming
