Where ice cream was the main ingredient

I had tried my hand at making jack fruit ice cream. Although it turned out good it was not sweet. Probably I put less sugar. And ice cream that is not sweet is not edible.
It was in the freezer for several days. I used it to make this jack fruit delight.
I am happy I used that ice cream as an ingredient.
Any such happenings in your kitchen?

I did something... not wrong, exactly, but not like normal, when I made noodles and ground beef with pesto sauce. It tastes okay, but not as good as usual. I'll still eat it, though.

@DaddyEvil Once I forgot cheese and instead I added onions and that recipe was talked about for centuries which I had made for my nieces when they spent a day with us.(lo)

@allknowing Normally, when I cook ground beef, I add onions and garlic to it before using it in some recipe. Pretty asked me to make the ground beef, noodles and pesto the way the recipe says to make it, without the onions and garlic. She didn't like it, so I have to eat the "mistake".
True, sometimes our experiments like that turn out really well.

I am eating honey every day and so adding more to ice cream was not my choice.
