Internet Scams which promise easy money making over the Internet

Hi All, I have came across many web sites and internet programmes that promise easy and fast money making over the internet but actually are SPAMS. One such website is boffopaidmail.com. It promise to pay you in dollars but it just don't work. Many people including me, have been wasting thier time and money in internet by surfing the site but to lead us no where. What do you think about such sites and can we actually come up to a method of stopping these or atleast making people aware about not getting onto websites like these
