Has VIZIO got something /against/ Paramount+ ??

(July28, 2022) I got a VIZIO smart TV for my birthday, and I enjoy it; but ... The 'channel' (that's what THEY call it tho it might be better described as a 'streaming service') that I watch the most is Paramount+---mostly for their offering of 'almost' all the STAR TREK productions (I'll discuss 'what they're still missing' later). But--tho I hardly watch any other 'channels' (many of which I've never even HEARD-of)--Paramount+'s listing stays 'two-or-three screens down' on my television! (July 29, 2022) I figured out how to rearrange the 'channels' (they're called "apps" on that setup) ... you basically just look past all the other 'apps' (there are something-like 120 of them---and only about 30 that I'll ever watch), and the last couple apps are 'arranging your selections'-apps.
