Indian Cricket is plagued by dirty politics.Politicians should not be allowed to occupy top positions in BCCI.The umpires comittee should consist of experienced umpires and umpires posting should be purely on merit and not due to pressure from member associations.Experienced cricketers like Kapil Dev Venkat,Sunil Gavaskar and Ravi Shastri should govern BCCI.If this is done, India will be a force to reckon in world cricket.

The answer is lying in the very question.Politics.The man at the helm of the affairs should be a person closely connected with the concerned Play.Cricket in the present case.Merit should be the criteria to earn a place in the team, not because I happen to be the selection committee chairman's Brother-in-law's father-in-law's second wife's first adopted son.Once the player is selected,he should not take his place granted.his immediate previous performance should be the prime criteria for the place in the next game.players should take permission before agreeing for appearing in a commercial.

theres no easy way out.the best way is to keep only those in top posts who have played international cricket in their time. What say??
