Well, it was free, but I did have to order it. I got it so that I could figure out the sizes of some of the rings in my mother's ring box. Most of them are Avon/costume jewelry. Others I'm going to save and have "checked out"/appraised 'cause I'm not sure. I'd like to try to sell some of them--the ones that aren't "sentimental" to me, which is most of them. Definitely keeping Mom's wedding ring, and a couple that remind me of her or are my style--most of them aren't.

Mom's wedding ring would be so special and with sentiments associated with it. I would never get rid of jewelry with sentimental value..I have one ear ring from my grandmother and I have never used it. It's totally out of fashion but I keep it as a memory from her.

I have my mom's family ring. We kids gave it to her on her 60th birthday.

I would keep your mom's ring as well as any ring that are sentimental to you.

I used to sell Avon and I believe I still have their ring sizer.
