This is our lunch and dinner last Sunday. I see how they make it. They flatten the lean chicken meat. I think it is chicken breast and then they add the ham and cheese and roll it using cling wrap.
It supposed to have a white sauce but we did not put any we just made a coleslaw. We don't often cook this at home. For me the name does not sound like Filipino.
They then coat it with flour, egg and Japanese breadcrumbs and then fry.
Have you tried cooking this?
Picture not mine

That looks really delicious. Seems a bit complicated to make. Probably because I'm not a good cook.

Actually I tried that recipe many times.
The name is attractive also the look of it.
But I don't like the taste.
It taste like ordinary chicken with cheese.
nothing special

Yeah I feel the same way too. I would still like a fried chicken with skin or roasted chicken than this one

No I haven't tried cooking it as I don't cook.
The first time I tried cordon bleu many years ago when I was still young and a student, I really liked it. But when I became an adult, it's something that I don't enjoy eating anymore. I don't know why but I normally ignore that food when being served at a party.

@brokenbee No I don't enjoy it a lot. I don't know why. We eat embutido often but not morcon. It was long time ago when I had morcon
