We were supposed to hear from the standby generator people yesterday; but they didn't call. Hubs will call them today. He still hasn't called the doctor about his wrist or let me make an appointment about his bleeding surgery scar. Men! We have a ton of stuff to do this month but haven't started yet. What's new with you?
Breakfast - None
Lunch - Leftovers from my Longhorn meal - Stuffed mushroom, chicken tenders, potatoes, Brussels sprouts
Dessert/Snack - Brownie and decaf coffee
Dinner - Meals on Wheels lunch - Hot dog and beans
What did you have to eat yesterday?

Nothing new going on here.
I had another slice of shepherd's pie for breakfast and made cheddar cheese, broccoli and chicken soup for supper last night.
I hope your hubby calls the doctor or lets you call the doctor about the bleeding scar. That can't be good.

@LindaOHio Uhm... I think I'd ask if he was purposely trying to give you a heart attack or stroke from worrying so much.

@DaddyEvil Yes! Because he doesn't worry about the things that need to get done, the burden of the worrying falls on me!!!

Hope your husband's surgery scar can be dealt with asap. I had steamed chicken with green onion and ginger for dinner.

@LindaOHio Let him understand that the bleeding scar needs to be taken care of. Otherwise, there's a chance of infection.

@LindaOHio — I did love to cook. I was cooking and inventing things when I was 11 when my mom had her first back surgery. I pretty much did the cooking while they managed motels in Florida in the mid-70s.
Now, it’s just me, and I don’t eat that much, so I don’t.

@LindaOHio It is our personal doctors who must call the hospital and my husband has to talk with his doctor, I cannot do this for him.

I believe I had raisin bran at home. At the meeting, coffee, donut, cheese stick, fresh peach. Not sure about the rest of the day, actually.

Not so much planned for this month.
I hope your hubby is well. He should call for an appointment, but I understood you already called, right?

Hope your husband gets his wrist and surgery scar looked at. Why do men always hate to see the doctor?
Yesterday we had pasta for dinner

You have a husband like my dad who doesn't listen when it comes to his health.
I had simple Chapati and Bhaji in breakfast
Simple rice and dal in lunch...
And same repeat at night

Sorry to hear hub's wrist is still not feeling better. Hope he can get that worked out sooner rather than later.
On Wednesday we had a ton of fish we caught from Monday's fishing excursion, so we cooked that up. Mostly white trout and whiting and it was delicious. We also cooked hamburgers and hot dogs on the grill. My plate was a little fish, a hamburger, and a hot dog. I was quite full. lol

Hubs still hasn't called the doctor. He makes me nuts. I'm glad you caught a bunch of fish. Traveling must make you hungry! Fish, a hamburger AND a hot dog? I'd have to take a nap.

@porwest I'm just glad you guys had such a good time. May I ask what it cost to rent that huge house? If you don't want to say, that's fine.

@LindaOHio I can sometimes have quite a voracious appetite. The boat did give me quite a workout though. Luckily I still have my sea legs. The water was extremely choppy in the bay.
