It's a good excuse to get friends and family together just to hang out. You might need the extra support to help you when you have certain birthdays, such as 40 or 50.

On my opinion, people celebrate their birthday every year for the reason that We're still alive and still surviving. Though we're very busy we never forget to thank God that we're still breathing and growing in many aspects of life. ANyway, we can celebrate our birthdays in a simple and inexpensive way, we don't need to have a big celebration to spend money.
