Blank and I had settled in on the couch with a bottle of red. Our first night together, C was preoccupied with one of his friends. We decided it would be easier if we both went out tonight. Blank and I snuggled talking about life and eventually moved to the bedroom. We were curled up in bed together when we eventually started making out. A creaking sound made us spring apart. "what was that?" I asked tipping my head. Blank looked at me like I was crazy until he heard it too. All the colour drained from his face as the house fell eerily slient. Every hair on my body stood on end and my spine tingled making my muscles clench. Suddenly the door flew off of its hinges as C burst into the room. Not of his own accord. I crossed to him putting my body in the path of Bones who flew through the door behind him snarling. "finally he f*cked up I can add him to the others." Bone's resident demon chittered, excited at the prospect. To my horror the gorey conglomeration of B, D and bunny bumped off of the doorframe and fell sprawling to the floor. Blank blanched and Bones froze as his gaze wandered to the bed where Blank sat with his gun drawn. Bones looked confused. "we are poly you ass" I spat at him. C groaned and shifted a little, protective anger surged in my stomach. "stay still love, you dont want to hurt yourself more by moving." I put a hand on his bare chest, deep scratches criss crossed his entire torso. Blank moved from the bed to the floor beside me never letting his gun waiver from the apex of Bones' heart... Even while possessed that would kill him. *** "He'll be fine Faerin and with a bit of luck he wont remember anything" I nodded not lifting my gaze from Cs sleeping from. "What if he does?" Blank tipped his head considering it for a moment. "then that - will be difficult to explain." he grimaced placing a hand on my shoulder. ** "Your ex is possessed, isnt he?" I looked up startled and Blank shifted uncomfortably. C looked over at me and attempted propping himself up on the pillows. He groaned in pain. "he isnt possessed just extremely out of line" I glowered at Bones and he looked away like a guilty dog. C looked at me sternly exerting his dominance. "dont lie to me, noone is that strong or that fast nor do they pop in and out of the corporeal plain without being possessed." I lowered my head. "Its not a lesser is it?" I glanced over at Bones then shook my head. "Gatinha you dated the devils sock puppet." a low growl was heard. Blank, Bones and I froze "C stop." I warned. "why? Is featherless big bird over there going to beat my ass?" he gestured to Bones who looked insulted. A door slammed elsewhere in the house making everyone jump. "It's not bound to Bones anymore...." I hissed.
