The time has finally come for me to go to sleep. Yay! I have been awake for 24 hours now. I don’t know how it happened but yesterday afternoon I took a 3 hours long nap and I don’t sleep much usually I only need 6 hours and I’m good to go so this nap was enough.
Today I spent all day in bed watching Netflix and hubby was very supportive considering I didn’t get any sleep so I got my food brought up to me in bed the whole day.
I started watching this new series on Netflix called “Keep breathing” and it’s so boring so if you are having trouble sleeping this will put you right out. I was really excited to start watching it because it said it’s an action thriller but it’s not it’s very mellow.
Have a good night and a successful week!

Have a good night.
I usually put one of the YT videos up of someone with a very mellow voice to fall asleep to. It works for me.

I usually have no trouble falling asleep. I wanted to watch something so I can go to bed later around 11pm so I don’t wake up in the middle of the night but this show was so boring I was out by 10pm lol . Luckily managed to stay in bed until 6am.

@Greencindere You're lucky. I fall asleep easily but I take a diuretic so wake up every two hours to go pee. I fall right back asleep, normally, unless I check in on myLot.

Yeah I used to do mandatory 8 hours then I found myself waking up groggy so I cut down to 6 hours maybe 5 years ago and it works for me.

Wow! Having my husband bring food to me in bed all day would be a dream come true, LOL! Good for you! I hope you have gotten some good sleep, because being awake for 24 hours is not a good idea. I've actually slightly hallucinated when I've been up that long because my brain needed sleep!

Naps make me groggy so when I make the mistake I made on Saturday afternoon it’s easier for me to stay awake until the next evening so I don’t mess up with my rhythm. Yes hubby is amazing!
