Having the will to do something makes all the difference. A few days ago I told him that my father had a problem and needed to reset a password to gain access to his social security record. I'm without my notebook and so I couldn't help him. My phone is also older and certain websites are slow to load. He went to the city hall and talked to a woman who was quickly able to solve his problem. Something the other woman could have done, but she just wasn't in the mood. The goodwill of the woman in the town hall saved my father time and money. If he couldn't solve it, he would have to go to an agency and Brazilian social security is usually stressful. I was happy for my father. Now he is calmer.

This says a lot for the town hall people. Goodwill is very important especially in this day and age.
