Hello to everyone! I think that I have finally found what works for me and my anxiety. I have begun to write a book... for no one in particular and I have no plans on publishing it... but my ideas just finished getting me through the holidays that took me through the Rocky Mountains. A Year ago, crossing a mountain range would have given me a panic attack but not this time. I used it to help write my book. A lot of what I saw was terrifying... especially when we drove by the Frank Slide. I had no ideas it would be anything like it turned out to be... but it gave me more curiosities to add to by my list. Turns out I'm pretty good at being curious ;) and being curious certainly keeps you from thinking positive things.
Off to find some more things to be curious about... hope everyone is having a great day! Here's hoping that you find some things to be curious about today too ;)

Well, I wish you tons of good luck with your poetry! There are some poems that I still remember from school. I especially like the funny one :)

I make a point of looking for curiosities every day and they are all around us. We just have to look. :)

That's a good plan. I could use the practice as I'm not really all the good at writing.

I'm sure that you could. I have written lots but always get rejection notices back. I actually looked it up online and the chances of getting published these days are slim to non... so I am not even going to try with my book on curiosities. I will just pass it around to anyone who is interested when it is done.

Thanks for your good wishes. I won't give up until I kick this. It's just taking a bit longer than I expected. I honestly hope that my work on the subject can help people in the future.

That's really wonderful that you found what works for your anxiety. I found mine in crocheting. Being able to finish a project is so satisfying it makes me forget my problems.

Man as a normal being is curious and inquisitive. And that's insatiable.
