@xander6464 He should have a double nationality to have another passport. We have friends who are Monegasque and Swiss and they have the two passports.

There is a special passport for high-level officials and everyone assumes the extra one is one of them...If it isn't, Lucy isn't the only one who has lots of 'splainin' to do.
