There is this guy on Fiverr.
I hired him for SEO (Search Engine Optimization) job.
The first time I hired him.
I gave him 4.9 rating.
the reason because he installed a plugin.
Which is not part of the job.
So last few days I rehired him.
I think he learned his lesson.
I was very satisfied with his work this time.
And this morning I gave him 5 star rating.
With a very nice feed back comment.
And of course I did not forgot to pay him.
You guys hired someone in fiverr?

But I don't know why there are so many junk messages there. If only I can apply for jobs. It seems Fiverr doesn't permit freelancers apply for jobs, so sellers can only wait for buyers' messages.

That's great to hear! It sounds like you had a positive experience with the Fiverr guy and that he learned his lesson. It's always nice when people take feedback on board and make improvements. Good job for giving him a 5 star rating - it shows that you appreciate the effort he put in this time around.

Well, I am a new seller on Fiverr. And still know how to win an offer. Though I have been relatively successful on other platforms, I have not yet won any job on Fiverr. What annoyed me is I received messeges such as:
Contact our project employee
@******** On Telgam or on WatsAp
+*********
For more information about our jobs.
Obviously they are spams.
I really don't know why there are so many cheaters, isn't there a good way for Fiverr to block these spams?
