Hmmm,,, I'm Noticing

A lot of people have been suggesting that I start pampering myself a little bit more to help with my anxiety and I was just looking for ways to do it. That should tell you just how often I do anything of the sort for myself. The first thing that comes to mind each morning is guilt about something or other, which I know is not pampering myself. Still... it's hard not to jump up and say that I should be working... even this morning I caught myself.
I'm going to make a list (which I'm good at lol) of what I do for myself each day and shoot for one thing.

I've always found lists to be stress-inducing, myself.

Other people's list yes, I can see this but not making my own... like today, I started another list of what I accomplished today. Hmmm, maybe this could be stressful to someone else now that I think about it??

@Hate2Iron My daughter, Pretty, making a list doesn't matter to me. It's me making a list that can drive me crazy if something happens and I can't clear the list as soon as I thought I should. I stopped making lists. Now, I tell Pretty what I "think" should be put on a list but I don't stress over it if the list isn't finished. It's her list, not mine.

I always pamper myself with things that make me feel good and we need to keep doing that

Have you ever had a massage? That could be stress-relieving and something you could do for yourself.

I think the way to relieve anxiety is to work hard, make more money, and then buy what you like
