Work Out Programs

It's something that I've been considering lately.
Work out programs. A subscription like beach body or something.
I have tried to work out on my own and I had done pretty well. However, I got sick and lost all energy and motivation to start again.
I thought that maybe if I have money tied up in the program then maybe it would make me get up and move.
I'm just not sure what I want to do.
Does anyone on here use one?
I've seen beach body a lot on tv, is anyone on that one?
If you exercise what do you do?

I used to work out six days a week, an hour and a half every day. I was in competitions in the middle weight class. I never won but I enjoyed competing against other people my size. My second ex-wife (now) forced me to quit and I've never tried to get back into it after I got divorced from her.
Pretty follows one of those online plans but I don't know what one. I can ask, if you'd like.

That would be awesome. It's something I'm just starting to look into. I didn't realize how expensive some of these programs really are after the introduction price.

@JordanLader Sorry, I had to wait until Pretty woke up and is willing to talk with me to find out...
She said she follows Liift4 online. But, she doesn't pay for it. She downloaded the program from one of the pirate sites online. (We don't have a lot of money we're willing to spend on something like that right now.)

@DaddyEvil I get it. I'm not sold on paying for it right now. It's still in the thinking stage. Maybe I can find it on YouTube or something lol

No, I can't exercise. I wish I could. Good luck finding a program that works for you.

@JordanLader I found that once I made one excuse not to do it one day it was very easy not to do it at all

I didn't participate in any workout program. I mainly do some stretching exercise and walk.

It's something that's crossed my mind before but I didn't want to spend the money. I'm thinking about it now though. Maybe I'll stick to it.

I'm all for house stuff. I have this thing about being looked at lol. It sounds silly but I always feel like people are staring when I go to the gym

30mins walk daily or 5 times a week is a good start.
Intermitent diet works for me as well. This is the only stuff that im doing at the moment since im working fulltime and does not have much time for a gym tbh.

I understand. My friend Chris used to belong to Orange Theory and went after work with her boss and a co worker but since she quit that job she hasn't been

difficult to do exercise on your own , I need the embarrassment of people around so I dont stop.Mind you if no-one is in the gym its the same thing lol .but the person on reception might think you didnt stay long.
I used to go to a gym where you put a key in each machine and it reported you if you did it wrong or didnt complete it
