Thinking about cooking something special for tomorrow!

I live in southeast and studied Culinary Arts. Im on my plan leave for tomorrow and rest day on the weekend. I'm thinking about cooking something special for tomorrow. Im a type of person who loves to plan ahead making sure everything is well prepared. Are we the same? Hope everyone is doing well!

Most of the time I just wing it in the kitchen, but I am pretty creative. I try to plan sometimes, but it rarely works out. lol

Sometimes I made plan but most of the time I just decide then and there,spur of the moment when it comes to cooking.
