I put a little salt in the flour, and many people make the original flavor without sugar or salt.

There are 9 steps in the picture.?1. Add a little salt to the flour. Beat the eggs into a bowl, stir well, then put the egg liquid into the flour, and use warm water and flour.2.The dough should be soft. Rub repeatedly to smooth.3. Divide the dough into several pieces of moderate size. Take one piece and roll the small dough into thin pieces with a rolling pin.4. Pour a little soybean oil and smear it evenly with a brush.5.roll up.6. Flatten vertically.7. Press flat.8. Roll the dough into pieces with a rolling pin.9. Use a flat pan, heat evenly over a low fire, or use an electric cake pan to put the cake in the pot. Put a layer of soybean oil or salad oil in the pot.

@zhangxueying I'd like to try oil cake. Looks simple to make and delicious with soups or stews.
First time I've heard it. I'll have a look at your recipe you shared below with Maluse. Thanks!
