Yay for Friday! 8/19/22

It's once again Friday. The day before the weekend where everyone waits for five pm to really start. Today I get to relax though. I spent literally all day yesterday outside cutting grass. It may have been on a riding mower but it was hot and tiring and I still feel like I got run over by a truck. The tops of my arms are sunburned and just a little on my face. I wanted to get done so I forgot my hat. I'm sitting here this morning writing this with a hoodie on and wrapped in my Meredith Wild blanket. For some reason I am freezing. I can most definitely say that I am blessed with a husband that gets it though. I get to just chill today. There are projects that I want to get done craft wise. I got half of a friend's house warming gift done and I still have to do the kids ones. Plus there's a stack of other things I've started and need to finish. I'll be getting my other materials on Saturday to do the few other things. I don't think the iron on vinyl will work well on wood so I can't wait to get the vinyl to finish the planks that Chris made. We're seriously getting ready for this community sale. I think we're both depending on it working well as this has been a crap year for sales in general. Fingers crossed. I do get to go to Madd Nutrition today for my loaded tea. They have amazing drinks and my friend Kristie got me on them. The drinks are supposed to be loaded with vitamins and things that make them good for you and better than energy drinks. I don't get to go except for maybe Fridays. Ethics Committee is meeting tonight and the high school's first football game is tonight. We're going to the meeting but I don't know about the game. We want to but it depends on Ethics I guess. I figure I'll work online for a bit before I start on my projects. I got a few things done yesterday but there's more to do and I love it. What is everyone else up to? *picture from google

I'm at work for the moment. Only for a few hours thankfully. Then I have some errands to run later this morning. After that, it's going to be just relaxing and spending some time with my kiddos.

Thanks for the update. I hope you get everything done. Nothing much going on here. Next week will be a busy one for us.

I would rather be finishing projects right now lol. I need some motivation though to get me started so I figured I would start with work first.

I'm retired and am so glad I am. I don't have to worry about work and kids and all of that. I watch tv, work online and do a few things around the house. My life is much simpler and I am so glad. I don't have the severe panic attacks and the amount of anxiety I had before.
