This morning we're all shocked when found a days old kitten in a box in our terrace. My sister placed the used box there to throw it in the morning but a mother cat put her kitten there and left
She's a very cute kitty fur pure crystal clear white. When I cuddled her, she meows and raised her head. I noticed her eye is sored as you see in the picture. She's so hungry too. There's no milk for a cat at home. We have condensed milk.
She keeps meowing, I feel sick seeing this pitiful thing. I don't know what to do. My sister cat hater sympathize my feeling. I fed kitty fried fish chopped into bits, but oh, she's too little to take it. She can't chew sorry I'm ignoramus regarding cat's food.
Please tell me the right milk for this kitty. I'll buy it, if no idea, I better go now to cat's store. By the way, could it be possible to use my eye drops for kitty's sored eye? Thank you guys.

If you have a vet that you can consult ask them what to do with it. It look like her mother abandoned her. I hope you can make her well and feed properly since they are still unable to eat solid food for now you have to give them milk appropriate for them.

Looking at her size she should still have her mommy if possible. For the eyes if you cant afford a vet buy some terramycin cream. Gently wash the eyes good with warm water. Then rub just a little of the cream in each eye for a few days.

Feeding the kitten is as easy as pablum (baby cereal) and warm milk. You don't have to make a lot of it, but it should be kind of thick and milky, and of course warm. Mama didn't clean the kitten's eyes when she was born, so you might take a washcloth and warm water and clean them for her. Aksi you might try feeding the kitten with an eye dropper, it will make getting the food into the kitten much easier. You need to warm the milk to just below body temperature. That way the kitten can handle it. Hopefully when the kitten gets a bit older she will be able to accept real food instead of just milk or milk and pablum. Mom had lots of experience with kittens and raised them on pablum and milk for a couple weeks and then moved them to kitten food.
Speaking of cats, Petey crawled into my lap again and turned on the purr. He knows I'm a sucker for that purr every time. That is one thing that will happen with that kitten, you feed it and raise it will be attached to you for life. Every one of the kittens that my Mom raised was stuck to her for life. They hunted in the garden and brought her the gophers, they moused in the barn, and, yes, brought Mom the mice. They were busy everywhere.
Good for you taking this homeless waif in, too many people feel it's okay to dump their animals or leave them in a parked car to die in the heat. It's past time we stopped dumping our animals and started keeping them or finding them new homes. I have two that I adopted from the humane society, they are a bit unsettled from being dumped at the Society, but they are adjusting. Of course, moving didn't help their being unsettled, I had to move right after I got them and that was a time of massive upset.

@BearArtistLady,Thanks so much for the tips. It's my first time to hear about foods or milk for a kitten. Actually, I went to animal store to buy kitty's food and have them, the same what you mentioned about cereal foods and eye cleaning, but I returned them. When I reached home the kitty disappeared . Her mom might have taken the kitty back. I'm so sad. I love that kitten. I love her color all white. I searched the surrounding but found none. My sister went to neighborhood, but can't find kitty, so I returned the cereals and eye drops

@BearArtistLady thank you so much for sharing your nice thoughts and feelings about cats. Hoping someday kitty comes back home and pet her. This day kitty isn't returned by her mom. I agree with you better that way kitten to be cared by her mom for proper feeding. I hope her mom helps her kitten restore her defective eye. Thank you so much. You're great.

@Adie04 it might be a stray mommie cat. I pity this kitten. I went to cat's store for food but when I came back home the kitten disappeared. I felt so disgusted. The mother cat might have returned and took back her kitten. I felt disappointed.
