Starting the milk bar Apple Pie Layer Cake

ah well why not? I already have all of the ingredients on hand and it isn't like I've got much else to do. I have made the apple pie filling and the brown butter. I have everything else I need to make the "barely brown butter cake". I'm just waiting for the brown butter to cool before I add it to the regular butter and sugars to get the batter going. I will at least get the cake cooked. If I lose motivation after that then I will just make the pie crumb, liquid cheesecake, and pie crumb frosting tomorrow. I think it is more likely that I do the cake, take a nap, and return to the cake making process, though. We shall see!
