Chocolate Pudding

The other day there was a sale on half gallons of milk and my grandma insisted on getting more milk than we really needed. It normally takes a while to get through milk. I have a bowl of cereal every other day, my mom sometimes has cereal, and then whatever is used for cooking which isn't a lot. So, having that much milk was a lot. My mom wanted to have a reason to use up the milk before it went bad. and what better way to use up the milk than to have... pudding! We haven't had pudding in a long time, I didn't have any more dessert items, so pudding was very nice to have. We were going to have butterscotch which is my favorite kind of pudding, but unfortunately they didn't have any at the store. But we did get chocolate and pistachio! We decided to save the pistachio pudding for when it is my stuffed alpaca's birthday. Because yes...we celebrate stuffed animal birthdays, and his name is Pistachio, so of course, Pistachio pudding would make sense! And we are able to get 4 servings out of the box, so we have more pudding for tomorrow. Yey! Chocolate pudding is so cozy!
