I have been stressed out recently because my father needs dialysis. It is one of the most heartbreaking pieces of news I have heard this year. He has had diabetes for many years, which has caused difficulties. To relieve my tension and worry, I have decided to stop using social media and start eating healthier. I cooked a bowl of whole grain rolled oats today. I have added some milk to make it tastier. How are you today?

I am so sorry about your Dad..this is devastating news.
Oatmeal is soothing and comforting I agree.
Today, I am grateful for my somewhat better health Gracie.
Lots of love to you at this time

I'm really sorry hearing about your dad.I heard that people with type 2 diabetes may find that including oatmeal in their diet aids in controlling their blood sugar levels. It's a good thing to replace unhealthy habits with new healthy ones by eating Oatmeal.

Best of wishes for your father. Dialysis can be time taking and painful.
I just hope that he gets well soon.
Oats is always a good breakfast.
