I am here to tell you that I love vegetables! There's very few that I don't like, but there are so many that I do! If I had to pick a green leafy favorite, it would be cabbage and Brussels sprouts. And if I had to pick a favorite root veggie, it would be potatoes! My favorite fruit that really seems like a veggie is tomatoes! But to be honest, I really love them all! I love them steamed, baked, roasted, grilled, sauteed, raw, you name it! Really, the only veggie that I don't really care for is carrots. How about you? What's your favorite vegetable? I cannot eat several veggies and cabbage and Brussels sprouts are among those I cannot eat. I like tomatoes, bell peppers, potatoes, beans, zucchini, eggplants, pumpkins.

I love pickled beets, too! At Thanksgiving and Christmastime, we make beet-pickled eggs. Delicious!

My favorite vegetables are potatoes , tomatoes, and collard greens but I can’t eat those so I’ll say squash, bell peppers and turnips.

I like tomatoes, potatoes, spinach, cauliflower, reddish and many others as we eat vegetarian food mostly. Even I like okra which one of my American friends doesn't like at all and he is @daddyevil.

I love all of the same veggies that you do! I like okra, too, but it has to be breaded and fried.

Yes, I find the veggies you mentioned tasty as well! My mom sometimes used parsnips in vegetable soup in lieu of potatoes.

I love corn but I can’t eat it anymore (IBS). I do like carrots, preferably raw. I love potatoes, too, and those sneaky tomatoes!! They’re my favorite. The only thing I don’t like are peas, but I’m allergic to them so that explains why they make me sick.

You actually made me remember that my most hated veggie is English peas! I like black-eyed peas, field peas, and purple hull peas, but English peas are a no-no for me. Thankfully, my husband hates them, too, so I've never had to pretend to like them, LOL!

I don't really care for carrots either, but do I eat them. I love parsnips and rutabagas and potatoes.

My husband knows that if he's going to add carrots to something, they must be cut very tiny and not too many of them, LOL! I forgot about rutabagas! Delicious!

I think the key to veggies is the trying. If one doesn't try, how does one know if they are any good or not? My brother-in-law's sons are full-grown adults, and neither one eats vegetables, because my brother- and sister-in-law never really introduced vegetables into their diets when they were very young.
