It's 10:23 by my computer clock, and I need to get to bed.
Tomorrow I have a phone appointment in the afternoon. Otherwise, I'll be trying to remember to water the plants and looking at job listings.
I haven't been able to work on any projects at all, aside from a little reading and some exchange slip stuff--okay, and a tiny bit of writing.
Someday things will be on a more even keel--Lord willing.
"Good night" from here, and I will "see" you myLotters when it's tomorrow here in California!

I'm headed for bed about the same time. It was a busy day for me, getting my cast off and getting to see the surgeon and hear that the ankle is healing well. Plus, I got a look at the scar, and it isn't that obnoxious! I'm now in a walking boot and am ambling around the apartment without the crutches. It was a hot walk home from the bus stop.
I need to remember to water my plants too, in this heat they need more water. It was over 100 degrees when I headed home from the hospital. Fortunately, the bus was air conditioned. I'm too cheap to use the air in the apartment, I use two fans.
I am praying that you find a job soon. It's tough with prices high and people not spending money. It's all relative and we, the working class, are the ones who suffer. Good luck with your phone appointment!

@xstitcher Today isn't going to be much better, it's nearly 90 at 9:45 a.m. so you can imagine what it's going to be like in a little bit.
Glad the appointment went well; I'll be praying hard for you until you get a job.
