What gets me is how did a male dog get into the bottom of an empty reservoir at a water treatment plant which was 20 feet below the ground for at least two days.
The lucky dog was rescued by the firefighters in Port Arthur Texas on Tuesday morning when an employee at the water plant saw the dog by himself who was hungry and thirsty not being able to get out of a terrible position.
The firefighters were able to use a ladder with one firefighter climbing down 20 feet and picking up the medium sized dog to the surface safely.
The best part of this rescue story is that an employee at the water plant in Port Arthur was that he adopted the dog after the rescue mission was a success.

That is what makes me wonder if the dog went in the area on his own or someone placed him there.

@Deepizzaguy I think someone must have placed him there. I don’t see how he could get himself down in a deep hole.

@RubyHawk Most likely scenario since someone decided to leave the dog by himself in the bottom of the empty reservoir.

I am happy as well as the dog was rescued by the firefighters and adopted by one of the water plant employees.
