Hello guys! I've come to the conclusion that I need to calm down. Lately I've been restless and anxious about the events of my life and the things that haven't happened either. I've decided I'm going to take it easy and try not to think about things too much. I have to change the focus for my own good. Today we bought a device to measure my mother's blood pressure. He arrives Saturday.

That is good it is always helpful if you have to check on someone's bloodpressure every day.

Yup. The device will help monitor my mother's blood pressure and my father and I can use it to monitor ours as well. So my mother doesn't have to go to the health center every day. She is fine but she is doing a control and taking medicine. Her bad cholesterol changed a little. But thank God everything is under control.
