Do you prefer healthy diet always or eat unhealthy stuff too??!!

Hi guys,
Hope you all are doing good. I am doing well too. Health is a very important aspect of our life.
For good health, we eat healthy and nutritious food along with exercise. After certain age like after 30s it's very important to have healthy and balanced diet because as we age our metabolism slows down.
I tend to eat healthy and nutritious food most of the time. I am a vegetarian mostly. I eat non-veg stuff occassionally.
I have those cravings to eat non healthy stuff. I indulge in it once a week or so. I feel it's important to feed our bodies the food which makes us feel happy too otherwise those cravings increase so much that we hog on that foods.
I also believe eating in portion control way is important and home made food is preferable compared to outside food. Indulging in outside food occassionally is fine too though.

Yes, I try to eat healthy and nutritious food along with exercise. However, I have a cheat day once in a while.

It's always good to only eat healthy food but sometimes there's a craving for some fancy foods.

I think for me that home made food is preferable compared to outside food because we know what goes inside it and control the amount of ingredients we use in them, which makes it a healthier choice but there are days when you don't have the time or just being lazy and that's the part where we make unhealthy choices by just buying outside food.

I think I have a balanced diet. Besides healthy food, I also will have some unhealthy food, such as deep fried chicken, french fires etc. I know these food don't seem to be so healthy, but I will have a good mood after that. Having a happy mood is also important for the heath

I eat unhealthy food but not always.
At home, we normally cook fish, vegetables and eat fruits.

Glad to know. I have been eating healthy more. Junk food is almost gone for my palate. I indulge in it very occasionally. Sometimes wen get cravings I eat it too. All the best with your diet. Stay healthy. Take care

I still eat healthy foods like vegetables and fruits because i want to be healthy. I only eat less unhealthy foods because it's not good for the body

the "experts" tend to change whats healthy so I just do a varied diet of what I want at the time ....it seems to work ......fortunately I dont want the "bad things" on a daily basis
