Today's dinner was big steamed stuffed bun made by my mother. I ate three of them. They were very delicious. They were stuffed with celery and pork. The day before yesterday, we opened the window to sleep, but after the rain last night, the weather was very cold. Autumn is a golden harvest season.

I've made those before. And yes, they are very good.
It was chilly this morning at 19C but I enjoyed the temp while Pretty hid in her bedroom so she wouldn't get too cold while I watered the plants out on the front porch.

We make a similar stuffed bun, but it's called a "pasty" in the US. Plus, the outer crust is usually shaped in a long, 1/2 circle. Some are made with chicken, beef or pork.
