I was sleeping because the sound of rain always makes for a good sleeping weather. It's 80F outside with rain pouring down. I woke up to take a bathroom break and now am catching up with notifications that came in after I fell asleep this morning. I've already passed my "goal" for this month so am just cruising along, enjoying the people on myLot. I hope you reach your goal and enjoy playing music this afternoon.

@TheHorse I've got one of those machines that makes the sound of rain but I always forget to set it and turn it on. It's nice that Mother Nature took care to give me those sounds today.

It is already 5:26 p.m. I just went out to feed the cat and the mosquitoes were happy to suck my blood. Soon I will start doing something in the kitchen. The last full week of August is over.

I was visiting my mom at her summer cottage this weekend. We didn't really go anywhere. Just chilled in the house and then we made cowboy ribeyes and potatoes on the grill.

@vandana7 I am married. I don't live with her but I live in her other house lol. It is the house I lived with my parents in (years prior to meeting hubby) before my parents bought a new one and we relocated to that one. They never sold this one so now here I am. Back to the place I moved out of lol. Still living under my parents' roof so to speak as they own the house. Though my dad is gone.

I had no August targets. Offline things, Festivals, Getting fever and cold in between and a few other factors were the impediments that affected my Mylot earnings in August. However a few well thought out posts and some extra 15-20 Minutes short sessions here plus interactivity helped me some days. In September I might bring out a few Tea Time Snack and the "Neglected area of Mylot" Lunch time posts. Plus Weather and Cricket.

I don't make goals on here since I am only on here on Tuesdays. I have made it to 5 dollars though. Sunday I went to the grocery store. It was really hot so I didn't do anything else.

I don't really set a monetary goal for MyLot. It just doesn't make enough money for that to be my incentive. I am, however, happy that I just recently hit $5! I'm in it now for the camaraderie and meeting new people from all around the world.
