This green butterfly or moth stuck to my window net the whole day.

My garden is full of butterflies but seldom can I capture a picture of them. Today this butterfly was kind enough to enter my house and sit on the window net of my sitting room. I just can't guess how it entered my house. Maybe through one of the doors when they were open. I love the beautiful green of its wings. I would love a dress or a saree of that colour. Moreover green brings in luck and prosperity. I have lot of bad days. Hope luck favours me now.

@anil02 Don't you have potted plants? That will bring you close to nature.

Why? If you have a fair complexion, this butterfly green would look beautiful on you.

Yes, it's a gift from nature and we Bengalis use it as a symbol of joy. We use the image of butterflies ?? in marriage invitation cards.

@aninditasen Yes, and if a butterfly sits in anyone's body, he/she is believed to be getting married soon.

Either that's a very large butterfly or a very close close-up! I love butterflies, too, and I hope that the colour of this one means something wonderful is coming to you.

No I took a close up. It was actually a tiny butterfly.
