Time to Watch Scary Movies

It's been a while since I posted here. Been keeping busy with other stuff. It's almost that time of the year. I don't like to watch horror or scary movies, but I make an exception for Halloween. I search the Internet looking for suggestions. Here is a link to a list. It includes a popular Korean drama. Koreans are really into zombies! I've already watched 2 K-drama zombie series. I think I'll pass. Of course, I'll probably watch Tim Burton's "The Nightmare Before Christmas". It's not scary. It's sort of a tradition to watch it. Can you recommend a good scary movie to watch? It has been awhile since you were here. A big pass on the scary movies for me.

Yeah, it has been a while. I'm in another forum and there is a lengthy discussion thread about this site. Every time I see it, I think: 'I should sign in today.' But by the end of the day I'm too tired.

"The Nightmare Before Christmas" is not scary, but if you like Tim Burton, Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street is scary.

Oh yeah! I saw that one. I liked it because - despite all of the bad publicity between him and his lady friend - I happen to like Johnny Depp. I just watched the movie "Dark Shadows" about a week ago. Even though he's a vampire, there was no way for them to make it scary, so they made it funny.

No, I don’t like scary movies. To me, zombie and ghost movies are an insult to our loved ones who have passed away.

I usually watch Halloween or something like that around that time. I'm not really into horror or scary movies.

I like the old black and white scary movies, like Dracula (1937 with Bela Lugosi), and The Wolf Man (1941 with Lon Chaney, Jr.).

Lately I have been rediscovering old blaxk and white movies. I enjoy film noir and some of the comedies. They have a lot to choose from on YouTube.

No scarey movies for me. I like crime and action movies.

I don't watch so many scary movies these days. Think it was more of a youthful rite of passage!
