Good Wednesday Morning!!! 8/31/22

Good morning!!! I'm trying to make it a good morning anyway. Hubby and I are already fighting because he doesn't make enough to afford the gas to go to work right now. The gas prices went back up and it's killing us. Now he's going to want to go to this race car thing on Saturday that's going to cost $180 just to get in. That won't count the gas to get into Nashville, food or drink. Enough of that. I'll figure it out, I always do. Happier news is that we went to the concert on Sunday!!! It was so amazing! We saw Diamante, Dorothy and Shinedown. I have so many pictures and videos. I didn't loose my voice but my throat was sore after. We're actually looking forward to doing it again. The stadium was easy to get to and the hotel wasn't so bad. We stayed at the Hilton overnight instead of trying to get back home. We didn't get back to the hotel until after 11 and it would have been like 1 in the morning by the time we would have gotten back home. So yeah, hotel it was. I did my ride along yesterday with EMS. It was a good day. Nothing too serious happened and it was a lot of transfers. We got to take someone home that had been in the hospital for quite a while. It's not something that happens often so it was a really good ride. I'm learning more and shaking off the rust that I have since I haven't been going to EMR calls, I'll go again next week on Wednesday and I'm hoping for another good day. Today is catching up on a lot of the computer work that I have been slacking on. It's funny, you don't get paid if you don't work. I took yesterday when I got off the ride along to finish up laundry and a few odds and ends that I needed to do around the house. I'm free today to work online and maybe get a few crafts done. I have successfully made tumblers with sublimation. I think sublimation is just a big word for heat transfer because that's all it's doing. Transferring an image from one place to another using heat. Anyway, I succeeded. I made four. Screwed one up which of course was the one I wanted. My husband stole the fire one. A friend bought one and now I only have one left. I have more wraps on the way and I'm excited to see how they sell. I have every intention of making at least one crystal today with my resin kit. I'm really excited to give this a try and see how it turns out. I also have a few extra shirts that I'll be putting something on them to sell. I'm pretty sure I figured out what I was doing wrong. Right now I think I'll stick to Marketplace as well because Etsy just isn't helping me at all. I'm getting views but no sales on there so I may just cancel it and wait until we have more of an inventory and are selling better. We're still firm on not being a business. It's just not a title that we want. It comes with a lot more responsibility than we can handle right now. Which is funny that I say that because there's a shop for rent next door to the massage parlor that we've been setting our stuff up in lol. Not going there though. We don't sell near enough to be doing something like that lol. So what is everyone else up to? Are you as busy as I seem to be every day lol?
