I Will definitely go with AMD for gaming. I have used both intel and AMD. Previously I used AMD that gave me very good performances. But as new games came I had to change my motherboard and I had an option in between AMD and Intel. I chose Intel core 2 duo with Asus P5B-VM. But a friend of mine bought AMD. We both experience the same gaming graphics but he just got it all in 12000 Rs and I got my products in Rs. 20000 including motherboard and processor. So AMD will give the same experience in very cheap prices.

i prefer AMD since i am using one.I use AMD because
--comparatively cheap
--high performance
--high stabilty
--greater support for gaming
i recommned AMD FX 64 bit computing. It has many advantage over intel pentium 4 processors.but i heard that intel pentium duo core2 is much better than other precedures and a like performance with AMD 64.so i f you are going to buy a new computer either you go for AMD FX 64 or Pentium 4 Duo core 2.
thank you!

What should we be remembered for?
Let us for a moment pause to reflect what it is that for which we would like to be remembered for by future generations. Will we be remembered for how many mosques our generation has added, will we be remembered for how many temples our generation has added or will we be remembered for how many gurudwaras our generation has added?
No, not at all. We will be remembered only if we give to our younger generation a prosperous and safe Nation, resulting out of economic prosperity coupled with civilisational heritage.

In the past the answer was not simple as is not simple in these days to.
It's difficult to answer this kind of questions because there are to many aspects to take into account like how much you want to spend and what's the purpose of you machine.
And to be honest to you I don't even think that the processor is the most important aspect in a computer, especially if it is a game machine. If you want a game machine it's better to expend money in extra ram and graphic card rather them buy the top processor in the market.
