Once upon a time the land across from me was a football field. It now serves as a multi purpose property for the town
This is Labor Day weekend. Saturday they staged the parade on this field. Later they brought in a stock tank.
There are poles set up, and barrels and cones. The field is filling with stock trailers. People are out with their horses. I am not sure what events are being held, but it seems to be a new addition to the celebrations.
This little town can get things done, for sure.
Last night this was the scene for fireworks. Today it is horses.

@LadyDuck The last two years were diminished, but it seems like they are making up for it this year. I think pretty much they are ignoring covid.

I hope you had a good Labor Day weekend. Labor Day weekend here in NE Ohio is time for the Cleveland Air Show. I don't know if there are other festivities...I'm sure there are.

Yes, the space is used and sort of maintained. We still like unusual activities around here.
