diets and healthy eating!

On one of my other discussions someone mentioned that we should start a sort of cheer eachother on club. because my new years resolution is to lose weight so i thought maybe we could share healthy eating ideas and recipies and we can share our goals and how we are doing with our goals! i hope that this works out because i would really like to hear some ideas from real people instead of the skinny girls on the commercials! have a great day everyone!

I want to start doing more of my taebo (billy blanks) work out. cut back on fried foods,sodas. I plan on going to the track everyday.Just eating more healthier alot of fruits and veggies.I drink plenty of water now so thats not going to be a problem. I am going to try not to eat no more than 2000 calories a day.I hope this works out for me.I hope you will succeed with yours to. Have a nice day to!!

That's a really good idea! This is quick and easy. Ingredients Muller lite or other fat free yoghurt - any flavour Sunflower seeds - enough to go to top of the pot Method Mix them up Why? The sunflower seeds slowly release energy over a long time helping you feel fuller for longer and all the extra chewing makes your jaw ache so you don't want a biscuit after your pudding. Better than ice-cream with bits in (well sort of) It's also quite yummy.

That's funny, I would sujess walking I use to walk 2 times a day every day that will slim you down, I hae been kind of lazy, with it though I'm going to start back.

I walk all of the time!! it seems like i am always on my feet lately! i go to the grocery store like twice a day! and that is about a 15-20 min walk there! my dad is giving me his exercise bike for christmas so i willl be on that a lot! too bad i couldn't do both exercise and type!

Candace that is a great idea. Although I am not a great deal over weight. I try to watch a bit that I eat healthy. I would be more motivated if people were all sharing and motivating each other. Let give it a try. I work full time so only have a certain amount of time to spend on mylot but I am not ignoring you okay. all the best and lets make it happen

hi,you should follow as per some planned diet under any circumstances.....reduce fat raising food....drink water frequently...eat raw vegetables...start immediately using garlic piece per day...

I also currently on a diet to lose weight. I have another 4 or so kgs to lose. So far I have lost 10 kgs. Anyway, what I do is about 3 times a week I skip dinner. All the other times, I take only about 3 table spoons rice and a lot of vegetables and fruits. I am not having any target date, so I take my time. I have heard that its not good to go on a crash diet cos your body might misunderstand and react negatively. Then you'll fall sick. Its better to give time for the body to adjust. After all you didnt gain that weight in days. It took years. So when you lose also give some time. Thats my policy and so far it treated me well. Good luck with your resolution.

hi... well i think tht u should take minimum 1200 cal diet a day for fast effect... but if u want to slowly..like for 2 months...so u shld take a 1400cal diet..u should be healthy n fit ..n not skinny...meing skinny is being underwt.. n tht only suits the media gals...

diet is thing where girls had to do, boys has to eat well and workout for their body, so don't worry and enjoy and eat well
