Intermittent Fasting Update

For those who don't know, I began intermittent fasting in April. Though I started at 10 hours the first night, 12 hours the second, 14 hours the next two nights, and then I hit the 16 hours recommended for the 8/16 fasting protocol. 8 hours eating window, 16 hours of fasting.
However, I couldn't stop there. I have actually been going 18-19 hours of fasting. I'm just not hungry when I first get up.
Though I thought I had hit a plateau, I lost another 2 pounds in the past week alone. I officially have bragging rights as I have lost 21 pounds!!! I couldn't believe it when I got on the scale this morning. I literally have maybe 5 more pounds to lose.
I have gone from wearing spanx to wearing a belt. I am thrilled and so pround of myself. I consider myself a person of little will power but I was determined. I have been exercising a bit. It's a waist twist board that you stand on and, well, twist. I get up once an hour and do that for anywhere from 5 to 20 minutes. I close all my rings on my Apple watch (45 minutes exercise, 400 calories burned, 12 standups over a 12 hour period). So, it hasn't all been about the fasting but I know it is the biggest part of this weight loss journey.
I will not stop when I reach my desired weight (if I even know what that is for a person of my age), because I know I will gain it all back on and I don't want that. I'm loving being able to go into my drawer and pick out any t-shirt I want medium or large (glad I didn't give all the mediums away).
Time for a happy dance... and burning more calories!

@patgalca yes deal with you, when drink fresh water we have to swallow the water one mouthful to another mouthful slowly and in a sit condition. its about 60-80 ml every mouthful, because if we swallow too much water in one mouthful in one time, the enzym in the mouth cannot be swollen. The function of the enzym is to balance the PH of stomach acid in 2 or 3, if the PH is 7, so the stomach acid will tired to reach the PH 2. Because to much water means the PH condition will reach 7.

That's a very nice discipline to one's self. i tried intermittent fasting for !2 hours like having dinner at 6pm and breakfast at 6am. It really works for my blood sugar and acid reflux as well.

Yes, my massage therapist said she read about a doctor who said it was a big help for diabetes.
I also have acid reflux and went a couple of weeks without taking my night time dose as I didn't really need it. I went back on it but will probably cut back again.

It's okay not to be hungry in the mornings, but be careful. You don't want to lose to much. However, good for what you have lost.
