Have you gone paperless?

I ask because... well, because of an indirectly related issue of one of my phones finally giving up (it died died ) sometime last month.
And I was thinking uh-oh there were things on that phone that I don't think I was able to transfer yet to either a file or a manual logbook. (Transaction logs and stuff like that...) And now, I don't have access to them anymore...
Well, that's my fault. But I was just thinking, it's still best to have hard copies of stuff instead of just files or confirmation messages that either might get erased somehow, or you might lose access to...
Not saying you can't lose the hard copies as well, but somehow they are still more readily accessible even without gadgets or internet or electricity, etc.
Oh, well, anyway. Goodbye one of my old phones... Now awaiting the delivery of a new but old model basic phone to replace it. The one that died was an old android but I just really need someplace else to put the 2 sims rendered homeless...
How are you mylot?

For important phone numbers and other documents, I always keep a hardcopy of them.

@LadyDuck That's good.
Our printer is old and likely damaged. The last two ink cartridges (and they were new) leaked (wasted!), we don't know exactly why. We had the printer looked at, but either the guy who looked at it didn't know how to repair it, or it just couldn't be repaired anymore.
Still need to save up for budget if we decide to get a new one...

For my internet bill, it's already paperless, however for my electric and water bills are still with paper. Although all of my bills are paid using electronic cash.

We still receive a hard copy of our electric bill. But I think we haven't received one from the phone/internet bill. Just yesterday, I called the customer service hotline to check what our balance was before I paid electronically as well.
But what I was wondering about was whether you still jot things down with pen and paper for everyday stuff.
For example, as a small store owner, I always still have pen and paper on hand because I (at least try to) jot down all the things I sell during the day with running totals. Things like that.

@moirai No, after paying such bills, I just screenshot it and resend it to my own messenger or in email.

@luisga814 I, too, have taken a lot of screenshots... so much so that a big percentage of the phone's memory is occupied by them. I do have it linked to cloud storage as well, but I wonder if that's getting full, too.

Mostly, except my credit card statement which is a printed statement.
