Do you eat ginger?

I was just wondering... Because for most of my life, I would pick out the ginger from foods and set them aside to throw away. Much like what I do whenever I see tomato seeds or whole peppercorns. But recently, I've just been eating them. I guess I got lazy picking them out. And besides, I can eat them when they are thinly sliced so... why not eat them when they are more thickly sliced? I find I can eat them anyway. Though I think I will continue picking out the peppercorns (and of course, the tomato seeds.)

No, ginger always feels like it's biting me. I don't like it in anything I eat. Luckily, I do most of the cooking so I don't have to pick it out of my food. (I don't use peppercorns, either, but I use a lot of tomatoes in my cooking. )

I like eating raw ginger. It has health benefits. Just burn it slightly and spread salt on it and eat. It will taste good. It's beneficial when you have a bad throat and cough.

Yes, ginger is very healthy. I use and eat them for steamed fish and chicken. Here, women who just gave birth to a baby eat pig’s feet with sweet vinegar and ginger.

I usually add ginger paste to my food and sometimes add ginger shreds or slices. I eat the shreds but put away the slices.

I won't particularly eat ginger. Usually it is just like a kind of seasoning for me. I will add the mashed ginger when I am cooking some dishes.

When it is thinly sliced, it's okay mixed with my food. I do crush and boil them in water to extract the juice for drinking when having throat problems, and so far, it has been very effective in treating my symptoms. I found out, it has many health benefits, so try to include them in my diet.
