Can't catch a break

I can't catch a break lately. I've been struggling financially lately as my job wages are not nearly enough inflation is high and everything costs a ton, and now the IRS is garnishing my wages so I am having EVEN less. I don't know where they thought I was getting $500 for state and $1400 for Federal taxes from. So now instead of $700 a paycheck, I now get $500 per paycheck thanks to the WI Treasury's garnishment. They're taking 15% of my check every 2 weeks. I have gone from $1300-$1400 a month to $1000-$1200 if I'm lucky. I am fed up with this! It feels like I will be broke for the rest of my life! I cannot get ahead, every time I think I might another thing happens to make me behind again. What do I have to do to make a decent wage and not struggle paycheck to paycheck? How am I supposed to have enough for what I need when my money is being constantly taken from me? I want to get past this ridiculous, stressful, frustrating cycle! I have luck making extra money only online right now. Trying to find an onsite 2nd job/side hustle feels practically impossible right now. There are so many things I can't do either due to my health limitations, the schedule at my main job, or things requiring money for background checks, like Rover.com, requiring a valid driver's license which I have not obtained yet, or it is an actual scam. It is so hard to find another job in-person when they want to be the main job and aren't flexible on hours when you already have a job and are trying to supplement it, and so many places are insisting on full-time hours or have mandatory weekends or nights when those are the hours I most often work at the job I have already. I am applying for SSI, which is basically the partial disability option in the USA where you can work and receive the benefit because it is so hard to try and work another job with my health issues the way they are right now. It is hard enough working in just one position with fibromyalgia, a back injury, migraines, asthma, bipolar disorder, ADHD, PTSD, anxiety, and sleep disorders, let alone two of them. I am trying everything I can to help my situation. I also have worker's compensation in the works for the injury to my back as it happened while I was working at my previous job, during my shift as I was in the middle of bringing something to the customer area from the back area where we keep supplies and do prep work. It is taking SO long for anything to happen with it when my injury is from LAST December and they weren't even doing what they are meant to do with a workers comp claim from the beginning. I just hope things get better and that I get my SSI and that worker's comp finally goes through sometime in the near future. At this point, I am struggling to even have enough money to catch a bus to the doctor or have enough to eat more often than not. I am pretty much at my wit's end at this point. I am really hoping my online work pays off more soon too, because I really need some good news at this point.

Any valid place is going to require a form of I.D. It's assumed most people have a valid Driver's license, but if you have a state-issued ID then you can submit that. They do need to prove you are who you claim to be. I know there's always a risk when dealing online, but figured you'd like to know a state ID is usually acceptable for any place (online or otherwise) asking for once.

No, I don't mean they want a valid driver's license for ID purposes, I mean as if they are looking for licensed drivers which I am not. I will be looking for a job in IT and they want you to be able to drive even if you're not traveling site to site. I don't drive but they always want people that can even if its not really part of the job, I guess to make sure you get there on time even if you can literally walk to the job in 5 minutes or catch a bus, uber or some other public transport, or get a ride. It wasn't an ID issue, its an ability to do something I can't yet do issue.

I am so sorry. It can be demoralizing and frustrating, but keep on keepin on. I have the feeling things will really improve for you in the future. Please don't lose hope.
