Today i have read an article about a teacher who died because of too many school works.
According to the news, that certain teacher was told by their principal to go to school and finish everything that is needed for her class observation the following day.
The teacher told the principal that she is not feeling well and unable to work.
But instead of emphatizing with the teacher's situation, the principal insisted and urged her to report to school.
So the teacher had no choice but to report and finished everything.
Then after , she went to the hospital by herself still wearing her teacher's uniform but unfortunately she died after few hours.
Very unfortunate and sad, right?
Now,
in your own opinion, is there someone to be blame on this unfortunate event?
Or who's who is to be blame?

This is a tough one. Who to blame? MAYBE the teacher if you think about it. Look, I realize people need their jobs. At the same time the teacher could have simply said no and went STRAIGHT to the doctor. If there was a legitimate doctor's excuse there would be no reason the teacher's job would have been in jeopardy.
The boss is a jerk. No doubt about it. But there was a choice to make and while it is unfortunate what happened, the teacher made the wrong one.
I am not sure the boss could have been aware that the teacher was gravely ill.

It's the principal who is responsible. The teacher could have resigned and not reported. God has given us brains to utilize in the best way.

@magallon That's right. Such principals should get capital punishment.
