Threshing Oat and wheat !

After having harvested my wheat and oat, comes the threshing. I do not mind it. I do it by hand. Yes, it takes longer. But you know what I have made some flour already out of it. It tastes very good. I do not know for how many months I will have some but while it last I will use it. I wish I could have sowed more of it. Next year, I would like to plant more grains.
