Coconut oil I live in the tropics, where many coconut trees grow. We use coconut fruit to make oil. Almost 90 percent of the cuisine at my place uses coconut oil. In addition to cooking, some cosmetic companies also use it.

I am a fan of this oil. I fry my fish and porkchops in coconut oil. I also put a tablespoon in my coffee and hot chocolate because I have read that coconut oil contains many benefits especially for aging skin and soft hair.

I believe rubbing it on your hair and skin would also be effective.

@Istycute It's quite simple, just cut the coconut into pieces, put them with the chicken and boil.

I haven't tried the coconut oil yet. I am very curious about its taste. Here usually we use peanut, corn, rice or sunflower oil.
