Photo looks awesome!! Honestly first time I am hearing about sherbet. But as you mentioned it contains more part of fruit and puree, it must tastes delicious. I guess Icecream is the only famous thing here.

I like them both, usually I buy sherbets in summer, as they are lighter choice. Mango sherbet is one of my favorite.

Unlike sherbet or ice cream, sorbet does not contain any dairy or eggs whatsoever.

I have had ice cream a lot more than sherbet but like both. Ice cream not as good for you and always makes me thirsty but it tastes so good.

The scoops look delicious! I prefer Sherbets from some local brands. The mixed fruit ones are popular here. But we also have Rose and a few 9ther varieties. Ice Creams are something we prefer during Extreme Heat or slightly dry weather. Normally we avoid them during rains and winters.

I enjoy the fruity zip of sherbet. And the decadent, creamy flavour of the iced moo juice. I'd pick Sherbet, but would take ice cream any day of the week.
